Preview
Mountain Grove ran 8:16 at Sectionals which was good enough to get them the top seed this weekend. They have two guys ranked in the top 10 of Class 2 in the 800m with Ijames and Rensch. After a fouth place finish last year, they returned all four runners. Fatima came in sixth last year, but lost two of their legs to graduation. Lucky for them the one they have remaining is 1:58 guy Tom Zeilman who could be dangerous on the anchor. Also watch out for returning champs Lamar who come in seeded second after a 8:22 time from Sectionals.
